CANDLE CARE

Before you light your candle for the first time be sure to trim the wick to about 5mm. This will ensure that the wick does not begin to ‘smoke’. Make sure when burning the candle that at least 1cm of the wax is completely liquid before extinguishing the flame. This will ensure that the candle burns evenly the whole way down.
At the end of candle life, why not reuse your candle jar as a cute make-up brush holder, or to house new plants. We love to keep our fancy rose gold cocktail accessories in our empty jars !!
Warning instructions: Do not leave unattended. Do not burn longer than 4 hours. Allow 1cm of the wax to become completely liquid before extinguishing, this will allow the candle to burn evenly. Keep a minimum distance of 10cm between burning candles. Allow to solidify before relighting. Should black smoke appear, trim the wick. The wick should be clean and no longer than 6mm. Do not burn wax down to the bottom – leave 1cm before getting to the end of the candle. Do not place candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Always protect the surface on which the candle sits. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
